Shows no input signal

Users questions: I bought a computer less than a month after the beginning of last boot no problem, and so on to that out of the mouse pointer to display on the display when no input signal. Other then what they can restart, the computer must be the equivalent of twice per Caixing open. Do not know what the problem is, who can help me answer it. Thank you !
